i-dle confirms July comeback amid tour schedule changes

April 21, 2026

i-dle has officially locked in its next major move for 2026. On April 13, CUBE Entertainment confirmed that the group will release a new album in July, marking its first comeback in about five months since the January digital single “Mono (Feat. skaiwater).” According to the agency, the album is already in the final stages of preparation, putting the group right back into the center of the summer K-pop lineup.

The timing matters even more because the announcement comes during a complicated tour period. On April 19, CUBE confirmed that the entire North American leg of the group’s “Syncopation” world tour had been canceled after ticket holders unexpectedly received cancellation notices. That makes the July comeback feel even more important, as it may reset the group’s momentum around music activities.

For fans, the mood is mixed: excitement over a confirmed summer comeback, but also concern over how future promotions and international scheduling will be handled. Either way, the key headline is clear: i-dle is officially coming back in July.
